Bruce

At the age of 10 Bruce McLaren was inflicted with a debilitating disease that saw him bed ridden for three years. Despite this he would go on to race and create some of the fastest racing cars of the sixties, revolutionising car design in the process.

Armed with a tenacious spirit and infectious sense of humour he would unite with cantankerous American lawyer, Teddy Mayer. Together this unlikely pair would forge a team that would become one of the most successful race teams of all time and still proudly bears McLaren’s name to this day.

This inspirational, thrilling, heart-wrenching and triumphant story deserves to be told on the big screen.
